About Tim Tague...
Tim Tague has been a teaching professional for over
38 years. He is a Class A Member of the PGA of America
for 32 years.
Tim started playing golf at the age of 8 and was an
ardent student of the game by the time he reached 15.
He also played collegiate golf at Austin Peay State
University.
Tim has taught at many different golf clubs across
the country including: Lake Merced Golf and Country
Club, San Francisco, California; The Camargo Club,
Cincinnati, Ohio, The Hamlet, Del Ray Beach, Florida;
the Teaching professional at Royal Kaanapali Golf Courses,
Maui, Hawaii; The Olympic Club, San Francisco, California;
and now at Wolf Run Golf Club, Zionsville, Indiana
and Tague Golf, Westfield, Indiana.
Tim's students have won at all levels of competition:
Local, State Amateur, Professional Championship, the
PGA Tour, The Canadian, South American, Asian and European
Tours, The Women's US Open and Senior US Amateur. Tim
has conducted clinics and seminars to over 25,000 students
in ten states and three foreign countries. He has also
given over 70,000 lessons and has a local student base
of over 5,000 golfers. Plus Tim was recently voted "Best
Teacher 2001" by Indygolf.com. |
